I'm a cinefile turned CEO of Formation Pictures, a feature film and special effects production company. My dream job where I get to scratch both my creative and visionary leadership itches. Every day I get to push the boundaries of innovation, be a finance nerd and lead the most incredibly talented team of people I am grateful to call my crew.

I have spent my career leading, developing and transforming teams through innovation, mergers and acquisitions and implementing global solutions. I have seen the good, bad, ugly, and everything in between. This blog digs into all the facets of leading, growing, transforming and creating great teams inside your organisation.
